EXHIBITOR FAQ

Will a table and chairs provided? Each indoor exhibitor will receive a table with a tablecloth and two chairs. 

Does my exhibit registration include meals?  Yes, each exhibitor fee includes breakfast, lunch and pau hana events for you and your registered attendees*.  

* All exhibitors have 2 registrations included.  Sponsors have 3 or 4. Please check your registration confirmation for exact number.

Where is my booth?  Indoor exhibits may be in the Glass Ballroom or at one of the exhibits in the Main Ballroom concourse (by the food line).  Premium/double booths will be featured on the lawn.

Can I choose my booth position?  Sponsors are invited to select their booths early.  All other exhibitors will be assigned.

What is the schedule?  Refer to the Schedule at a Glance which includes dedicated exhibit times.  

When can I set up?  The gates to the property open at 6:30am. 

Will you promote my prize giveaway?  We are providing tickets and announcing prizes at the pau hana.  If you want to be included in our promotions, please complete a prize form.  

How many attendees should I plan for? As of September 22nd, we have 250 paid registrations.
